My friend is renting out his villa in Sanur, 1-2 years. In the Griya Santrian Resort Complex, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, private pool, security, modern, new. Fantastic location on Jl Tamblingan, 1 minute walk to beach and 1 minute walk to shops/restaurants.
Please email him if you are interested malaxford@gmail.com or call 087862481075

The villa is $220,000 for 1 year or $40,000 for 2 years. The location is amazing, best location is Sanur. You can walk through 2 resorts or a track and you are on the beach or you are 1 minute to the shops. You have access to use the Villa Shanti resort pool which is on the beach. The villa has private pool, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is modern. All rooms close up to protect you from mosquitos. AC is every room. Please come and have a look.

Legian, Bali
This is the high end of the market. Two bedroom furnished villas start at around Rp120 million in Canggu or the outskirts of Kerobokan and rapidly rise to Rp180 and up to 250 million in Seminyak or Legian.

You may be able to pick up a bargain in Kerobokan for Rp80 or 90 million, but the land will only be 1.5 to 2 are and it will probably have a very small pool.

I'm lost for words
Bunyuwangi, house on the water overlooking Bali, under 400,000,000rp
Malang, new house great views of the mountains, & cold, under 200,000,000rp great weekender
You can see why westerns have put the price of land/villas out of reach in Bali/northern Australia.
Toooo many Aussie in Bali for me, I'm happy if I only see one western a week.

North Bali still also pretty cheap. You can get a basic house with 3-4 are of land for 300 million.
