Can one get 100.00 Mbps using indosat or telkomsel?

No - 100Mbs is not on offer in Indonesia. That requires 4G technology - see 4G - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - which has not been implemented by any Indonesian companies.

Here 3G - see 3G - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - is fairly widespread in the more populated areas. This allows connections up to 7 Mbps - but your provider may set a lower speed than this. Using Telkomsel, I do get 7 Mbps connections to my local cell tower, but their backbone network never delivers more than about 2 or3 Mbps. This means you can sometimes get a movie (maybe 700 MB) in about 1 hour. For Indonesia this is really fast.

Anyone had problems with Simpati Elektrik topups?

Hi there,
I have had problems with getting my Telkomsel Flash Unlimited refilled when using Elektrik, twice. The sender receives a BERHASIL (success) message, but the pulsa never gets through to my card. Anyone else had this happen or have any solution?

Thanks!
