I got my daughter an indo passport and the card that's goes in her Australian passport earlier this year from consulate in Australia. I paid I think $55 for both. Basically my daughter travels always on her aust passport and when they see the card here in Indonesia they see she is an indo citizen so we don't pay visa's. The process in Australia, we completed the application form and provided copies of my husbands Id card, birth certificate and passport along with our marriage certificate and our daughters birth certificate. The process took 10 days in total. I assume it woud be the same process in Indonesia and should be the same price but I guess that's a whole different story.

Currently going this process now. Not too difficult but a lot of forms to fill out and money for this and that. Indonesian birth certificates have English as well as Indonesian on them, but you still need a "certified translation" to get an Australian passport.
