Can anyone suggest a rule of thumb rate theatre one can expect to be charged for legal work associated with a lease transfer/sale?
Basically , a currently expat leased , Balinese owned property .
Items to be checked, current IMB ,eligibility for pondok wisata, land ownership, in fact all the sundry items required by law to be signed off .

Just like my answer in other postings, the whole thing can be done by a PPAT Notary alone, but a lawyer would need a PPAT Notary to due most of that items, but I think wouldn't be more than 10% for small amounts or 5% for bigger numbers
Ooops about pondok wisata license, in my opinion depends on how much you are willing to pay under the table.:icon_wink:
