One of the attendees wrote: Just a useless seminar that i ever attended. Paid one million rupiah for being participant, but i did not get even a hand out from the committee. No input and output that we can bring to the authority to drawn new agrarian law. The speaker just attended very short while, I have to caught the speaker from BPN Republik Indonesia outside of the room to discuss the problem from foreigner related with owning the land in Indonesia. A lots of people come and they expected to have input from that seminar. Amazing how the committee make money from people through that seminar
As I've said here before the whole question of land ownership and the fear and loathing associated with it is ripe for unscrupulous people to abuse.
If someone tells you they know what's going on with the law be careful, very careful. It would be the only time in Indonesia where that was the case.
And I wouldn't have it any other way!
