It was a sticky blob before I got to the pan. It was sticking to my fingers and just couldn't really shape it. I tried to pat it down with a spatula and it stuck to the spatula ...my dear Sherlock.

I'm guessing you don't have non-stick, Teflon fingers either?

You won't see many chefs with their fingers in the frying pan either. Wonder why?
