thanks Chippy, i didn't know about that group but just joined. We will probably arrange a meet up for next weekend usually at lollipops on sunset road - I will keep you posted :)
Yes it is closed and only minimal photos have been posted. I am only a member there but do like to meet up with the other mums and sometimes dads when we arrange a catch up :)
We have set up a little group and try to meet once or twice a month - have a look on facebook if you have this (bali mums dads and little angels). Our children range in age from 12 months to perhaps 3.
To send money perhaps looks at Bamboo money change or Kangaroo Service. These are just 2 services that provide same day transactions for a fraction of the cost of an international telegraphic transfer.
I have friends that work there that say its not too bad if you can live simple and not want for much. Some are on contract and some not, usually they earn around 8mil - 10mil a month but they can always pick up extra classes if they wish to do so. I think they earn around 50,000 a class but...
there is a baby shop at sunset point on sunset road - Kerobokan end. They have a good choice available. Also have a look on facebook - Bali Mamas as sometimes there are things for sale here.
I currently have indovision with the australian network but would ideally like to have access to some of the australian channels ie: ten, win and prime. I have read a little about it but am getting confused with exaclty what is required. Can anyone advise how to do this, thanks

I am currently living in Bali with my indonesian partner (getting married next month) and our 3 month old baby. My daughter arrived on her Australian passport with a 60 day sponsored visa to be extended each month. I need to know how I can register my daughter as an indonesian and also obtain...
