You said this before, but really the Administrators already have heard from many members, about this problem. It has been broken several weeks now. There is no reason to motivate the owners, any more. It's either fix the problem, or start fresh, or shut down.
Maybe an email to the owner would have a motivational effect? [email protected]

Because the tech guy seems to be struggling
 
The functioning of this forum has been getting worse and worse , It is very slow ,elements dont work as they should , it is getting tiresome
