Apple service centers

Any service centers here? My cat ran over my ipad and dropped from my bedside, now my screen is blue, so I need to get it repaired, unless others have had this same problem and can give me some tips on how I can get my screen to be normal again. Thanks!
 
there is an apple service centre located on Imam Bonjol, turn left from Jl Nakula onto Imam Bonjol and its about 20m from the corner - think its called Global something.....
 
Head down sunset towards seminyak, turn right at the first traffic lights after Carrefour into Imam Bonjol, continue along Imam Bonjol passing the other carrefore on your left, the next street after carrefour on the left is Jl Nakula, keep going straight for another 20m and you will see the shop on the left.
