My wife is looking at registering her wedding company here soon and wants to know what the best option is as far license go. Any info on procedures and prices for a local would be greatly appreciated.
BKT, if your wife needs staff, I have a local friend who specialises in bridal makeup and hair styling and works freelance.
I can send you a link to her Facebook page, if your wife's interested. My friend lives in Kuta.
No license is required to be a wedding organizer. The best and the easiest option is to form a Perusahaan Perorangan or Perusahaan Dagang. Assuming she is Indonesian, she will be using her NPWP as her Tax ID for filing income taxes with the government.
BKT we didn't use a notaris for our UD, so a little paper work & no fees :icon_mrgreen:
our CV we used a notaris & cost 700,000.
