Monthly or 6 monthly Payment would be better than per year in advance
we are planning to keep the House for aprox 1/2 years
min 3/4 bedrooms ( a small one for our maid ) open bathrooms
with Pool ( preferred but not important )
Open Livingroom to a nice Garden
We have 2 cars and need a big enough Garage
Should be close to Dyatmika School
Nice Views if possible and friendly Village Community
