I'm Travelling for an extended period of time so I can't take my desktop with me. It was bought in Sydney from the Mac Store there 3 years ago (I still have the box) It was the top of the range model at the time which set me back almost $4000 AUD. I'm looking to get around 2,000,000 IDR for it (I'm told by the Apple Store that's what it's worth. I'm based in Umalas close to Bali Budha. IF you are interested then please give me a call to arrange a time to come & check it out.

My Mobile number is 087862529206 give me a call if you want to check it out or have any questions.

Cheers TJ

Shouldn't that be IDR 20,000,000?

I recently sold my 4 year old 17inch Macbook Pro for IDR 2,000,000, it didn't even have a motherboard.

I Love typo's… Yeah it's meant to say IDR 20,000,000

Cheers for that. Out of interest did you sell it on here?

Thanks

Although I'm sure your iMac is a beauty, I think your price is a little steep.
A new iMac in Indonesia is 11,999,999 for the standard 21.5" model, the 27" top-model (non-BTO) is priced at 19,999,999. For this price you get the latest model including the latest processors, thunderbolt ports, delivery to your doorstep and 1 year official Apple International Warranty.

What's non BTO mean? I can't imagine at that price it would be close to the same spec as mine is. There is no way there would be such a hugh descrepency in the price from when I purchased mine.

>What's non BTO mean?
non-BTO = non-Built To Order = Standard off-the-shelf machine

>I can't imagine at that price it would be close to the same spec as mine is.
There is always increased specs with every new computer release. Even with iMacs. The newest iMac indeed doesn't come close to your specs, but not in the way you would wish (the new iMac I'm talking about below has double the Geekbench score as yours)

Don't forget Indonesia is worlds cheapest place to buy Macs!
Strange but true.

>There is no way there would be such a hugh descrepency in the price from when I purchased mine.
A lot of your money went to customizing your machine with expensive premium parts. A standard, bottom-line iMac now has better components than a pimped out previous model iMac.
