Destruction of Benoa bay, Bali

I just copied the Youtube URL and posted it on Facebook (any little bit helps!).
 
What can we say? Bali is on the successful way of destroying itself. They crossed already thempoint of return. I am very sorry to say this, but when I remember Bali coming the first time,in the 80ies I cry for Bali.
 
I wonder where the $3 billion will come from? It would be good to see the government or an international body track the source of the funds.

I also wonder about the viability of such a project, aside from the environmental problems, with rising seas and problems with flooding in most of the country.
