Buying land on Bali

I am looking on internet for some pieces of land on bali for some weeks now. It is interesting to see the large differences in price between the european orientated and the other "brokers".
Land sold by coldwell bankers apr. 10% less then advertised on other sites.

Also I have noticed that the same lot will be sold by different "brokers"
with different prices.

Can anyone point me out in the right direction for a good bargain.

Just wondering if you have any luck in finding land in bali? I have just brought some in batubulan that was quiet cheap. What area are you looking at? My fiancee in bali has just started getting into the field and has found some cheap pieces of land and house he may be able to help you in the right direction.

you will see that buying the land on the moment is not possible.
First I need some more survey on what my potential co-owners want and more important i need to find me new investors

PLN relocates an old power plant ( 2x 50 MW ) to the beach resort called “Lovina and Pemaron Villages” in North Bali, Indonesia.

I am wondering if this is keeping the buyers from this region away and/or this is effecting the prices of the real-estate in this area.

Its not effecting the prices, and as far as I can tell it's business as usual. People are buying.

This is a villa in progress, which I designed in cooperation with the future owners. Beachfront about 6-7 km west of Lovina.

Look like nothing yet, but the dutch contractor will make it a dream place. There is even a little harbour....

Btw. business as before is that because of people thinking nothing will go wrong with this power plant (pollution) or because they aren't aware of its existents
