Does anyone know where to find the following?

Self raising flour;
Caster sugar;
Icing sugar;
and any other baking goods you can think of!

Thank you! :biggrin:

Most supermarkets like Hardy's, Bintang etc have icing sugar, and caster sugar I think. They have baking powder and plain flour - works fine.

Please see my previous post about the new Gourmet Store in the new Lippo Mall (also houses Siloam Hospital) on Sunset almost opposite Carrefour...it is in the basement, so plenty parking, and it is huge.
Probably not as cheap as Tiara but worth a look for elusive wstern foods.

Dijon has whole wheat flour - great for making your own sour dough (though not recommended during the rainy season).

Hardy's has dry yeast and different types of flour (white) and icing sugar as well as caster sugar.Baking soda (soda kue) and baking power are also available at Hardy's.

We get "bakers bonus" - a yeast mixture at a local hardware toko in Sidemen, but have also started making our own yeast.
