    I have been bottling my home-made mango wine. It's really rather nice

    I am now teaching several friends how to make their own wine,using Mango and Rosella for examples. They live very near to me so it is easy to get together whenever necessary. Unfortunately, the rules say that I am not allowed to sell it. having been told by several friends that mine are among the best wines made in Bali, being better than Hatten's {except their Alexandre}, Sababay, Aga and Cape Discovery Chardonnay.

    My Apple with Celery is described by drinkers of commecial wines as being similar to Chardonnay.

    I've corrected the mango wine, although at 15.6% it is a little strong for wine. Very pleasant to sup it while reading a book.
