As Mugwump said you need to install the Peduli Lindungi app - this will scan the QR codes on your travels and will have a digital record of your vaccination status once your overseas certificate is assessed and uploaded to the app. In order to have your certificate and vaccine status officially assessed you need to register and upload it to: https://vaksinln.dto.kemkes.go.id/ You will need a photo of your certificate/s and a photo of your passport ID page - both need to be under 1Mb each in size. They will assess the certificate and transfer date to the Peduli Lindungi app (in the usual Indonesian timeframe). I am still waiting for mine to be assessed but others have successfully done this.

Well done, just be careful what you say. For some reason she apparently bans a lot of people and they are then excluded from getting this important health information (mainly provided by the community, she's mostly a data reporter/info aggregator)... Plus, I have personally seen her a couple of times in an Ubud supermarket maskless (the only one in the store without a mask), despite the store's posted rules, which is pretty hypocritical..

Hahaha, Naah, we save our Euros and Platinium card for our bloody expensive wine and food ! But I must Francly admit that Euro is not in best health at the moment ! Maybe have to switch to Bintang ?
