where to find the help?

if one is new to Bali where do you good people go to find local help/maid - is it just by word of mouth?

I t looks as if its not a problem to find help & negotiate a salary ~ but does this include general houskeeing, cooking, errands etc?

All of the above is, in MHO is by negotiation. If you dont want cooking, shopping etc, but just general cleaning and laundry, then the price would be different. I pay my staff a complete salary for everything, even if at times those chores are not needed. Needless to say the majority of my staff have been with me for years!! :icon_lol:
