supplier for corn and dried tapioca chips

Wondering if someone out there can help me. A friend of mine from Singapore needs to find a supplier for corn and dried tapioka chips (all for human consumption) - quite high volume and on a regular basis. Any idea how to find a supplier? Thanks.

You could try Big Tree Farms especially if you are looking for organic products. If they don't have what you are after, they might be able to at least point you in the right direction.
