Seasons and weather of Bali

When is the best time to visit Bali? Is there a particular month that hosts the best weather? Are there any major festivals in Bali that are a must for tourists to experience? Thank you for any replies

i always got the impression that oct-feb was the tourist season (at least for europeans).. but then again, in bali all seasons are tourist seasons. :wink:
