My balinese friend has a piece of land,in nort east coast of bali, in kubu village/karangasem,half of his land allready leased to german investor, they build sidharta resort and spa,now he want to make small bussines like a cafe/bungalows and he looked for a partner,his land located next to hotel sidharta and good for dive because full acces to kubu marine park area,thank you
