Loan for PMA ?

Arriving in Bali
I intend to open a new business in Bali next year.
I would bring 100000 in capital of this future PMA, and would need the same amount from Bank loans. Can anyone tell me if it is easy or not for foreign companies to get loans from Indonesian banks in Bali. Is there a Bank you would recommand for PMA ?
