Hello all. We are heading to Bali for Christmas in a month, and looking forward to it. Hoping to meet with some builders to talk over our plans.
At this stage we will not live fulltime in Bali, but intend to split our lives between Autsralia and Bali.
Do others do this, and what happens to your house when you are not there? Not sure how long we would feel comfortable leaving an unlived in house, even if it does have staff.
We are thinking of house swapping. We have also had some friends say they would like to half-buy our place and we swap (can't see it woking for us).
