How about nixing Jimbo's Blog and putting in Ina's cooking blog&links? sorry Jimbo- you dont seem to use it much anyways.... Defin. like the bloopers,,,,,,

Sorry about the lack of bloopers. Unfortunately this time there weren't any. Red was glad to have his debut performance though.
 
I usually add a couple of candle nuts (kemiri) too. Lebih Gurih rasanya.

Yes we have been looking for them. There are some things are still difficult to find here for example; kencur, daun pisang, whole pala, tempe, certain varieties of chilli, fresh coconut etc.

There are some shops that stock a lot of Indonesian products that we haven't been to yet. Hopefully we can find some of those ingredients there.

Yes we have been looking for them.
Kemiri are also known as "buah keras" in Australia. It's the Malay name for them. They're available at most Asian supermarkets.
