Hello.

This is my first post and next week will be our first visit to Bali!! My fiancee and I are excited!

However, upon reviewing our air tickets I have noticed a potentially big problem that could mar our honeymoon. Our flight home from Bali leaves us with 3 1/2 days in India and a transit visa is good for only 72 hours. Consequently, we need a tourist visa for India. I know there is an Indian Consulate in Jakarta with 4 day turnaround. However I have two reservations with sending through the post (1) I don't trust the post with a Canadian Passport, and (2) Is this even possible to do for a Canadian? Any advice would be appreciated. I would ideally like to have a travel agent take care of this. We are in Bali from Aug. 23-Aug. 31.

Thanks so much for any help you can render.

Nikki
