Finding the best bebek betutu

Hi. Sorry to ask but where can I pre-order and buy the best, or at least great Bebek Betutu? i have had staff buy OK, bad and great ones. I will be staying around the Seminyak area for a month or so - but also traveling around Bali. Also, I love Warung Magic - any other recommendations for the area? Cheers, Stu
