I lived in Sanur for 6 months, during my stay I was market analyst for a large hotel chain in Sanur.
I believe that the Puri Santrian is a nice hotel for a nice and quiet holiday. The hotel's lobby is not really impressive thereby I have to mention that the hotel is quite new. The rooms are of average level ( on 5 star level). The F&B outlets are very good, with a good restaurant in front called Mezzanine having an European and Indonesian cuisine.
The beachfront is quite good and the pools are large enough. Thereby there are nice bars. I have to say the staff is quite new and therefore motivated in order to maintain a high service level.
