Hi one and all. We have been going to Bali for the hpast 30 years and in particular to the Ubud/Penestanan area. UOur daughter speaks Indonesian fluently and has taken the initial steps of teaching her own daughter.
About a year ago we leased some land for 25 years with a 10 year option in Penestanan. We have subsequently built a three bedroom villa which we lease out through a local manager which has been very successful.
We also go to Lipah twice a year and have developed many friendships with the local Balinese.
We live on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and are both retired. If anyone has further questions please just ask.
