When my wife retires in July 2016, we are looking for a place to call home for a year or so that allows us to travel around and to scuba dive. We need great diving,, a nice place to live, decent medical care, a good life topside, and something to attract our friends to come stay with us. Bali is the current fantasy. We have lots of questions, and lots of legwork to do before we commit.
