Well best of luck I'm glad you were successful...
The following is what I wrote to the CEO Air Asia regarding tickets for a flight 6 Jun 2014 and return 11 Jun 2014...to which I referred in post #2 on this thread.
"....I immediately drove to Air Asia office in JL. Legian just as the office opened at 08:00 but the Staff Member could not help…he could hardly keep from yawning either…so I went to the airport.
I met with supervisor Eko Bambang Supriyant. He saw my dilemma and spent some time trying to change the intended passenger name on his computer but eventually admitted it was out of his control. This employee was the only person with any sympathy for the situation and did try to help. He recommended I use the Call Center which I did and my wife, who speaks Indonesian, mentioned the mistake and asked how it could be corrected. His name was Fabio. He said he could not do a name change, was of no help, and hung up the phone.
My next attempt to rectify the situation was to contact Customer Care where, eventually, after many reports, I was sent a robotic reply with a case reference CAS-7492487-G935GC on 20 May 2014 saying I would have a more substantive response and an appropriate resolution with 14 days.
I repeated a request on 27 May 2014 and got another robotic response CAS-7579166-1RH206 saying they will respond within 5 days. To-date 10 days later, they have not responded to either of those case references and the flight has departed.
On 14 July 2014 more than one month after the flights..... I received the following email:-
"T
