Do you already have a lot of experience in the world of Teaching English as a Foreign Language? There are already a lot of well established English Schools in Bali. How will yours be any different? What new angle will you bring that will help you break into this market?

Why not just rent some office space? Or maybe you can contact some ordinary schools and see if you can use their classrooms in the evening/weekends?

how about a little more on amount of investment , approximate return on investment ?Thanks
dear, Smokeas i mentioned above. i cant afford to invest more especialy on property. my investment approximately Rp. 75.000.000.if i rent the property, total investment will be about Rp. 235.000.000 with BEP in 22 months. that is the reason why iam looking for investor who has a property in denpasar in which i can utilize as a school. and iam planing to saty there as well if possible so i can manage the school myself. eventhough iam still working as profesional in the hotel.this bussines is not promising huge ammount of profit. but more in to passion and kindess to do something for people as well. ( english education ) we never know if this going well and in the future i can open hotel training school or etc.

Lots of people, when they are not writing a professional document, use this method of communicating...it was easy to read IMHO, on this forum, does it really matter?????

I wouldn't mind if someone corrected me if I made an error.

iam planing to open an english course franchise in denpasar.Franchise is only way to make money, English First????
bali chef
dear, fredof course we expecting profit from this bussines as well. so then we can run the bussines to be exist or even to expand.the franchise itself is already establishe in bali sinced few years ago. not " English First " and yes for them as principle i think more in to way to make profit.for me. i really want to have this kind of school. or even if i can live in ( school environment ) i fell so comfort. for living, i have job with a good salary as well. and i wish when i retire 1 day. i have my own school to run. :icon_e_wink:

I do think the criticism is valid: the OP is looking to set up an English Language school therefore one would assume that proficiency in the language might be a requirement, (the inability to use capitals may just be a function of the device being used - phones & tablets are a bugger to use capitals on... so we'll ignore that)yet he writes thus "of course we expecting profit from this bussines as well. so then we can run the bussines to be exist or even to expand. the franchise itself is already establishe in bali sinced few years ago. not " English First " and yes for them as principle i think more in to way to make profit."Now, if the OP were an Indonesian seeking a foreign English speaking partner, I would have no problem ... the issue I have is that there are basic errors which suggest that he is a not-very-competent non-native-English-speaker who intends to set up an English language school teaching Indonesians not-very-competent English and expecting profit from this

OK, so his English is no good. But does that matter? Maybe he intends to employ qualified CTEFL English teachers to do the language teaching while he concentrates on running the business?
