For example..you have good knowledge on children surfing and kite surfing...why not start a new thread on that subject so we can all be educated?
point is.....if your country is smart enough not to let others buy you up and own it all outright.....yet people still come in and pay a fortune for dubious means of ownership....why turn that cash cow away ?.......even morso when residents in that country can go and buy elsewhere.....if only australia had the same gumption to do it.......and dont go defending that grumpy old prick, the number of piss poor comments he throws about proves his waste of space.
