Yes it got both Listrik and PDAM on the property next door so that's no problem at all.
As for the taxes, last year was about 500k I think but that included a penalty for late payment... hehehe.

I'm talking about a plot located about 200mtrs inland from Jl Uluwatu, in the original post there is a google maps link and the centre is exactly our plot.
I think the road is called Jl. Mecutan but not sure, lol.

We bought it 6 years ago and obviously it was bought to build a house and live there forever and ever... everyone dreams right?
Right now we're having second thoughts and merely see it as a very good investment, which it absolutely is. Especially for the rate we bought it for back then :)
So at this moment thinking about selling or swopping it for something smaller with an house already build on it. We also good just hang on to it a little longer and wait for the value to increase a little more.
Decisions decisions....
