Re: RE: For Roy
To me it seems that Roy also kept people from joining and posting, and in the past it has shown that people leave the forum because of Roy.
I've also never met Roy, but in a perverse way, sort of "enjoy" watching the sparks fly from time to time.
But have to agree with you Bert;
agressive / opinionated posters keep some people from joining / posting, and they also force people who have been roughed up to leave.
Maybe Roy just needs a break from Bali?
We get a bit jaded from time to time, so we feel that it's important to take a break every 6 months or so.
Even though I've had my run ins with Roy, I'd still like to see him back here after he's served his time in the sin bin and refreshed himself.
Don't make it permanent Bert :wink:

Hey Jimbo
Sorry I couldn't help but add this comment regarding your alleged "huggability" factor.
Do you ever tell people (women) that you're not actually bald and the top of your head is really a solar-panel for a sex-machine?
And just a little linguistic nonsense here for the heck of it. The automatic spell-checker suggests the following alternatives for "huggability":
"Navigability, changeability. unchangeability (?) and negotiability."
What's wrong with "huggability"? Sounds a lot better than the "suggestions", in my opinion.
:lol:
Jimbo
Hey. At my age huggable is just fine. Once I get them in my huggable embrace they usually succomb to my charms :-) Whoops Maria is on her way gotta go :-)
