The general feeling of everyone I speak to here, thinks we need new candidates,,,,,,,surprisingly alot here like Ron Paul.... but all his talk of doing away with the IRS killed his chances with the powers that be........... One thing i found interesting about the economy, I saw a few "experts" and they claim that no one really knows what the hell happened, nice that all the "experts" suck! Will any President "Really" make a difference?.. I think a President and V.P should have grown kids.. Hopefully he/she can focus on WORK, not family etc..... But Sara P. sucks for V.P. she should be at home with her kids. The presidency and the V.P is far too important a job to be distracted by anything! They should work 70-80 hrs a week like everyone else does nowedays....Its a freaking Job, and a damn important one,,, most presidents treat the position like a PRIZE.... a blue ribbon of life ,won at the carnival... May God,Budda,Allah or whatever, help us all....

O' my God, they took a stay at home soccer mom/Governor from Alaska and tried to fill her in with whats going on in the world. Really looks bad, and I thought having her as a running mate would be a good thing for Grandpa'

All roads to the war on terrorism lead to Iran and Syria. You've never heard of flanking, then surrounding the enemy after dividing their forces? The taking of Iraq creates an enormous buffer zone between Syria and Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan are flanking maneuvers designed to further isolate Iran, as does our overpowering naval presence in and around the Strait of Hormuz. A quick look at a world map is most telling.
oh nice - you're also pro-iraq sumatra.. you get better by the minute.. :| ct

Au contraire Roy,They both damn well know the terms of this impending bailout plan and what they intend to do as a result of this upon becoming president. The problem is that revealing their intentions at this point in the game, could easily become political suicide for either one of them. It's no wonder Big O and the decrepit one were dancing like cats on a hot tin roof.
Don, at the time they were asked this question there was NO way they could possibly know the details of the rescue package as it was still being fought over in committee! Neither candidate has a crystal ball, and neither could guess...nor should speculate on what the impact of a rescue package should be until AFTER they have the facts and can better estimate the impact on net tax revenues for 2008 which won't be known until after April 2009.

Balilife,Your analysis of my statement was incorrect. I'm not "pro" anything, this is simply what the US military is presently doing. You are capable of reading a map aren't you? If not, those squiggly lines between foreign countries are known as borders.Don :P
Sumatra
Roy,It's odd how "little bush" and his goon squad have initiated a change in semantics and the media is eating it right up. First it was a bailout plan, now it's a rescue package but it still smells like the same old bullshit.Of course they knew, these are the same cretins who planned this crash 12 months ago with the express intent of gaining complete control of the US economy, a control that IS NOT subject to judicial review, carte blanche authority!Don :(

So do you guys still have plans for a move to Bali, or is all of this effecting those ideas? Cheers!
Sumatra
We're still coming.Don

These belong to my other brother who combined with his sons have around 7 guns, I think. It evoked fear when on my visit there they proudly showed them to me (have a video of it). Made me want to take the next flight back to Milan immediatelly... TAKUT...!!

Hoorah,The house defeated the financial socialism bill 228-205. Now maybe they'll sit down and figure out a real plan to help the people, instead of floating a bunch of fat-assed, greedy bank executives, who seem to enjoy gambling with the public's money.Don

Hey Roy,Guns can be obtained anywhere in the world.
