Sim card for Bali

I'm arriving in Bali in a week and don't want to bring my iphone on UK tariiff. Can Bali sim cards be bought at supermarkets as I have bought a cheap phablet for use there. I will be in Seminyak.

The cost varies a lot in tourist areas. I just bought XL 4.5gig sim. Paid 45,000. The price range in Sanur was 45k up to 150k.
