Over 600 Silat fighters will come to Bali to take part in the annual Silat World Chmapionships to be held at the GOR stadium in Denpasar from April 20 to 24.
“Competitors from seven countries will take part in these championships. This includes fighters from the USA, the Netherlands, Australia, England, Germany, Spain and Indonesia,” said Yamadiputra, a representative of the committee organizing the event.
According to Yamadiputra, the committee hopes that this event will lead to a rise in the number of international sporting events that will be hosted in Bali.
