It seems like nominee and mixed marriage cases are going to the courts now and the judges are enforcing the laws. Can't say much about it now, but will hopefully be able to post more information soon.

It seems like the disputed cases are opening the can of worms for other cases. Fortunately at least in one case the foreign "owner" is being given the opportunity to change to HP. There could be problems for mix marriage couples with no prenup also.

Given the current government's populist approach to law enforcement, this is not surprising.

So were are all the court cases, Susi Johnston case its about the attack on her & property. But she has stirring the pot because she thinks she owns land in Indonesia.

A commit from one of Susi post
"report from the two-year research by K3ni about this issue. They count 140 similar situations taking place in Bali now, and 10,500 properties at risk. It's a 10 billion dollar problem.
So is there really 140 cases in Bali???????? or just one.

That's too bad, as from what little I have heard about this case she really has been terrorized by thugs. Unfortunately, given the populist government in place and the high profile nature of the case, which spotlighted her situation as an 'owner' via the nominee structure, she is a very visible sitting duck for the new government's stated policy to confiscate property held in nominee arrangements. Of course the nominee would also lose out in this event (karmic justice), but it still won't be much fun for Susi...

I think that is a bit optimistic - you can't get info on court cases even offline!
