Local Parts by Locavore, in Ubud. Excellent butchers producing hand made sausages and cold cuts.

Ok I've been trying to find decent sausages here on Bali for about 10 years and here's my solution: DIY sausage maker from Tokopedia (IDR60k, collagen skins IDR 40k). This made the best sausages I've had in 10 years and the best thing is you know exactly what went into them - Butcher said "that's a great piece of meat so lets make sausages" never, in history!

I tried Oz-britts but the sausages were just like the meat in Bakso.

we had a barbie on xmas day as our caterer was shut down the night before. We got some pork snags from canggu station along with othr stuff and they were surprisingly good.
