Land tax

Hi all, has anyone information about land tax increase? I have heard a rumour that in future it will be 10 times higher then before .....

Haven't heard anything but, compared to most countries, my property taxes in Bali and Jakarta are low. Even when including the Bali Banjar fee.

As I answered in your other, nearly identical post, an increase of that amount is very unlikely as many Balinese would struggle to pay it.

The VALUE of the land has been updated that's it (yes in some areas by 10x)

the annual TAX hasn't (not even 2x)
