It seems like there is a complete lack of knowledge of cpr in Indonesia.
Earlier this week 2 girls drowned at a waterfall in Sambangan: http://www.balipost.com/news/2017/12/13/31301/Kasus-Dua-Siswi-Tewas-di...html
Apparently the girls were studying nursing. No one knew what to do.
Then I saw a video on fb of a car that had driven into a kind of lake. The passengers were frantically being pulled out of the car unconscious. A guy turned a girl upside down shaking her up and down and it looked like someone else was hitting her stomach. It was distressing to see.
