Gday All , first post !
I am currently negotiating to buy a villa in Canguu and have a couple of questions.
1. Being from Australia ,it is normal to put in an offer , subject to building inspection,Is this the case in Bali ,if so can anyone recommend someone?
2. Has anybody used BALI EXPAT SERVICES or recommend a good , honest reliable company/notary to do so?
3. Do you typically use the same company for buyer and seller?
4. As property is leasehold , what are the process in buying and then approaching landowner for say 25 plus(or is this term fixed) year lease?
I have reading the great and helpful information on site that a many people go to a lot of effort to post, just didn't see answer , so sorry to repeat, if so
Look forward to meeting up with some "locals" when I finally settle.
