Of course I've only heard this but if you go into Apoteks in Sanur they will sell you the small ones for 30,000 each. Not sure about the exact dosage but you can get the double dosage ones for the same price if you ask for it - so I'm told.

When walking around Kuta the seller asked if I wanted my banana squeezed, I said no thankyou, he asked do you want Viagra, I said I already have from Australia, It took 2 blocks to get rid of him, he wanted me to give him some. You can buy it in any Apotek (Kimia Farma etc.) also Cialis, Levitra or other local variants. Sometimes they are out of stock and you have to hit another apotek. The price is almost the same everywhere and I assume they are real.
