There is a place on the by pass in Sanur that sells oil drum barbecues - a word of warning though, oil drums are made of carbon steel and the thickness is 0.9 mm so expect it to burn out in about 12 moths, even if you keep it clean. The one I have is marine grade stainless steel so it will last a lifetime but you are looking at a cost of US $1500! Another tip is to make the cooking grate out of 1cm thick bars. They are what cooks the meat but tend to be really heavy. My outfit can barbecue, smoke, grill and rotisserie roast.
