This is called "Sambal matah"- it consists of small chopped small onions, chilis, chopped lemongrass, oil and a little bit of "Terasi" (shrimp paste, roasted over a flame).
While we are doing recipe exchanges - does anyone know a good recipe for the rice wine called Brem? Gabi the sambal sounds great - next time at yours or bring some with you please?
