Two mistakes:
1.) I see no bikes
2.) They forgot to fill the underpass with water after heavy raining. Will be interesting when it really rains hard.

They have spent some money on this video. You would think that understanding the mix of vehicles in south Bali traffic would be an important part of the planning. How come the video makers didn't know?
Engineers will have worked on the drainage issues, and will have had some figures on what they think the heaviest downpours might be. But they will assume that regular maintenance will ensure no clogging of drains. Reality could be different.
