Carrefour, on Jalan Sunset Road, may not be the best at any one single item but they've got a fairly good range and a low pressure sales environment.

I'm not a fan of the dedicated electrical appliance shops in Indonesia as they tend to have sales people who don't know what they're talking about and will say anything for a sale. But if you know what you're doing, these ones have been recommended on the forum before:

I would only add that if you aren't pressed for time the Bali facebook second hand is a great place for buying up all those appliances that people who were gonna live here forever are selling after they can't manage 6 months. Cheap as chips!
