Ahh yes English and 'English' ....never ever heard the expression 'for nought' in anyhwere but period plays and somewhere in Shakespeare ...who was reputedly possibly French anyway ...'Jaques Pierre'... anyway as I am of Hearty Northern stock I though the use of one of our 'slang' words would be a suitable hint as to the type of content I produce... most people from North of Watford Gap in the UK will have understood...

Gratis is Latin.

...and the 'who you like' was deliberate to tie in with the follow up 'or don't like' because whom or whoever just didn't sound 'right'... and let's get down to it... I wasn't exactly writing out a thesis for submission to Oxford or Cambridge and therefore did not expect to be scrutinised as such.

...but at least you took the trouble to read the post and then try and correct me ...I can't help wondering though if you go through every post looking for grammatical and use of colloquial 'English' to comment on... do have nice day...in fact I insist!
