The closest thing to a sauna I came across is the Angseri Hot Spring near Bedugul, which offers private cabins of hot steamy water and a small waterfall for cooling down. Do that 3-5 times in a row and the effects are similar, and I'm sure even Mr. Kneipp could agree on its health effects. :lol:
