Yes I do not doubt it. But for us so far so good. I'm not niaive to think I have many rights in Bali but so far we have been treated extremely well.

Hello Spicyam. I have seen the joglos on Facebook, my problem is trying to establish a baseline price for a joglo. I know there are a miriade of variations but a basic 10 by 10 relocated to my block would be nice to know. It at least gives me a starting reference.

Hi again. That's a good point, the only issue so far is the price. A friend of mine built a new one that cost him 3 billion Rupiah. Having said that I'll be looking at that idea for sure.
